今日は、COMING SOONのキャラたちについて、少し触れてみようかと。
えっ！商品たった1つだけ？
八刻堂のサイト、最初見たとき、ビックリしませんでした？
何がかって？
商品が「たった1つ」しかないことよ。
今時そんなサイトなかなか見つからないよね？
普通は、いろんなメーカーのいろんな種類のグッズがズラリと並んでいるのがECサイトだと思うけど、八刻堂に「そんな常識」は通用しない。
個人の通販でさえ3つある
ハチは同人活動もやっていたりするんだけど、個人レベルでも「3つ」くらいの商品はある。
だから、企業サイトで、しかも日本ファルコム公式ライセンスで「1つ」だけの商品を販売してるって、かなり稀な状況だと思うんだよね。
それを承知でなぜ踏み切ったか
じつはこれには十分な理由がある。
答えから先に言うと
「AR【ミニゲーム付き】アクスタ」の認知に全フリしたかったから。
この商品はアクスタでもARでもなく、ARアクスタ…ですらないんだわ。
ハチが調べた限り、まだ「ミニゲーム付き」といったジャンルは日本では存在しない（たぶん海外でもほぼ見かけない）。
だから、この「1点」に絞り込んだわけ。
COMING SOONの謎シルエット
でもご安心を。9月以降は順次、追加アクスタを販売する予定。今はHPにシルエットだけ掲載してあったりする。
これらのアクスタには、今のところAR機能を付ける予定はない。純粋に「極厚10mmアクスタ」となる感じ。（そのうち、別のARアクスタが登場する可能性はあるので念の為）
…そんな情報はドウデモいいから、早く「何のキャラが追加で出るのか、サッサと教えんかい（プンプン）」

イース123とは限らない
今回、八刻堂では全面的に「PC88ドット絵風」を売りにしているワケだけど、イース123だけに留まるつもりは── 一切ござらん！
なので、今ハッキリ言えるのは、8/22以降もお楽しみに！ということ。

When you first saw the Hachikodou website, weren't you surprised?
What about?
The fact that there's only “one” product.
These days, you don't come across such a website very often, do you?
Typically, an e-commerce site would have a variety of products from different manufacturers lined up, but such “conventional wisdom” doesn't apply to Hachikodou.
Even personal online stores have three products
Hachi also does doujin activities, but even at the individual level, there are usually around three products.
So, for a corporate site, especially one with an official license from Japan Falcom, selling just one product is a pretty rare situation.
Why did they go ahead with it despite that?
Actually, there's a good reason for it.
To put it simply,
they wanted to focus all their efforts on promoting the “AR [Mini-Game Included] Acsta.”
This product is neither an Acsta nor an AR, nor even an AR Acsta...
As far as Hachi has researched, the “mini-game included” genre does not yet exist in Japan (and is probably rarely seen overseas as well).
That's why we narrowed it down to this “one item.”
The mysterious silhouette of “COMING SOON”
But don't worry. Starting in September, we plan to gradually release additional Acsta products. Currently, only the silhouette is displayed on the website.
These Acsta items are not currently planned to have AR functionality. They will simply be “ultra-thick 10mm Acsta” items. (There is a possibility that other AR Acsta items may appear in the future, so just to be clear.)
...I don't care about that information, just tell me quickly which characters will be added! (Pouting)

It's not limited to Ys 123
This time, Hachikodo is fully promoting the “PC88 pixel art style,” but we have no intention of limiting it to Ys 123 alone!
So, what we can clearly say now is, “Stay tuned after August 22!”
