コンテンツに溢れ、解像度も高く、シナリオも変化球ありまくりで、単なる男女間の話だけでは収まり切らなくなったエンターテイメント時代の今──
次のようなコンテンツに、非常に興味をそそられる。
「歴史ある作品で」
「想像の余地に溢れており」
「自然な男女間の馴れ初め」の物語─。
まぁ。ハッキリ言って完全に年ですわ（笑）
一周回って「シンプルな物語の中にある奥ゆかしさ」みたいなものに、惹かれることが本当に多い。
だから何だという話だが、アドルとフィーナの「神殿脱出劇」なんか、まさにドンピシャだと思った次第。
原作はどんな情景だったのか？
PC88オリジナル版に特化して、アドフィーの神殿脱出劇を振り返ってみようと思う。
牢屋に捕まっていたフィーナを助けたアドルはこう言った。
「ぼくが やつらの 注意を ひきつけておく」
「みはり の ようすを うかがって こっそりとにげるといい」
「やまの ふもとの ゼピックむらまでにげれば あんぜんだからね」
「それじゃ」
これら4つのセリフから次のことが伺える。
・アドルとフィーナは別行動を取った（はず）。
・フィーナを逃がすために、たくさんの魔物の注意を引き付けるため、アドルは相当暴れた（はず）。
・フィーナが出口に無事に出れるまでは、フィーナから遠く離れることはせず、常に自分にたくさんの敵が寄ってくるようにしつつ、さりげなくフィーナを出口付近まで案内した（はず）。
ふーむ、なるほど。この考察はズレている箇所もあるかもしれないが、あながち間違いではないだろう。
だとすると、1つ思ったことがある。
「一緒に出口に向かった方が楽だったんじゃね？笑」
まぁ、アドルの男気なのか、女性を過渡に寄せ付けない性格なのか、奥手なのかはわからんが、昭和っぽさはなんとなく時代背景にある気がする。

I find myself intensely drawn to content like this:

and depict “natural beginnings of relationships between men and women.”
Well. To be perfectly honest, I'm totally old (laughs).
I find myself drawn more and more to things like “the subtlety hidden within simple stories.”
So what's the point, you ask? Well, I thought Adol and Fina's “Temple Escape Drama” was absolutely spot on.
What was the original scene like?
Let's focus specifically on the PC-88 original version and revisit Adol and Fina's Temple Escape Drama.
After rescuing Fina from her prison cell, Adol said this:
“I'll distract those bastards.”
“Keep an eye on the guards and sneak away quietly.”
“Make it to Zepic Village at the foot of the mountain—it's safe there.”
“Alright then.”
These four lines reveal the following:
・Adol and Fina split up (presumably).
・To draw away the attention of numerous monsters and let Fina escape, Adol must have caused quite a ruckus.
・Until Fina safely reached the exit, he likely stayed close to her, constantly drawing enemies towards himself while discreetly guiding her towards the exit.
Hmm, I see. This analysis might be off in places, but it's probably not entirely wrong.
If that's the case, one thought occurred to me.
“Wouldn't it have been easier to head for the exit together? lol”
Well, whether it's Adol's chivalry, his personality that keeps women at arm's length, or just shyness, I can't say. But that old-school vibe kinda fits the era.
