まいど。八刻堂のハチでございます。やはり師走は尋常じゃないくらい忙しい。ということで本日も生存報告のみで失礼いたします。経営会議も無事に終わり、方向性もほぼ固まりました。その後は久しぶりに「裏方作業」に集中しておりました。
地味だけど大切なこと
クリエイティブな作業ばかりが表に出がちですが、実は「仕組みづくり」や「土台を整える作業」というのも、同じくらい大切だったりします。
たとえば、数字の管理とか、関係者との共有フォーマット作り、将来に向けた準備とか。
こういう地道な作業は、なかなか表に出せるものではないのですが、これがしっかりしていないと、いざという時に足元をすくわれる。

Hello again. Hachi here from Hakkokudo. Apologies for just checking in today. The management meeting wrapped up smoothly, and we've mostly solidified our direction. After that, I dove into some “behind-the-scenes work” for the first time in a while.
It's unassuming but crucial work.
While creative tasks tend to take center stage, building systems and laying the groundwork are just as vital.
Things like managing numbers, creating standardized formats for stakeholders, and preparing for the future.
This kind of steady groundwork rarely gets recognition, but if it's not solid, you'll get tripped up when it counts.
