結論から言うと、今朝、設定でXの年齢を「13歳以下」にしてしまったのだ。ウッカリ。
ただそれだけ。生年月日の設定をしていなかった（と思った）ので、そこを誤ってイジってしまい、するとなんとイキナリ制限を掛けられた。
ただ、警告も何もなくスムーズに保存できたので、こちらとしては「ごく普通」に操作した感覚。Twitter（現：X ※以下同文）側もあくまで、システマティックに「ロック」しただけなのだろう。
