まいど。八刻堂のハチでございます。（レア様の写真が「お〜い、お◯」っぽくスミマセン笑）
最近、企業アカウントのフォロワー様が増えてきたので、八刻堂がどんなチーム構成／セクションに支えられているかを手短に語ってみようと思うゾ。
（ブログのクリック率の増加から、たぶん、企業様もいろいろ気になっているに違いない）
八刻堂のチーム構成
・ディレクター（ハチ）
・企画／デザインチーム
・戦略／販促チーム
・ARゲーム／エンジニアチーム
・EC運営／解析チーム
・製造チーム
・物流チーム
・契約／弁護士チーム
・経営／財務／経理チーム
少人数だけど、どのチームにも最低2人以上はいるし、必ず「専門家」に参画いただいている。もちろん、普段は各チームとも「別事業を兼務」している形だが、ハチはすべてのセクションに顔を突っ込むようにしている。
「たった1つのアクスタ」
を取ってみても、これだけのことが必要だったりする。
明らかに「投資事業」としてのスタートだ。（すぐにリクープ[投資の回収]ができるものではない）
いろいろなチームや、専門家に参画してもらえている理由は大きく3つ。
①「ファルコムに可能性を感じる」
②「イースに重みと未来を感じる」
③「ディレクターがエネルギーを注げる」
たぶん、どれか1つでも欠けてしまうと成り立たないだろう。
外部の方々の支援
さらに、最近感じるのは外部の方々からの「間接的なサポート」だ。
・熱狂的なイースファンの皆さま
・イース絵描きの皆さま
・企業アカウント担当者の皆さま
※「企業アカウント担当者」は、社交辞令もあると思うが、そうではない方も沢山いる。相互フォロー以外にも、以前から沢山のいいねやシェアを普段からしてくださる担当者様もいるからだ。（たぶん、根っからのイースファンなのだろう）
ということで、今日はそうした皆さまに、改めて感謝を一言申し上げたくなった次第でございます。

Hey there. Hachi from Hakkokudo here. (Sorry about Rare-sama's photo looking kinda like “Oi, O◯” lol)
Lately, our corporate account's followers have been growing, so I thought I'd briefly share what kind of team structure/sections support Hakokudo.
(Judging by the blog's increased click-through rate, I'm sure corporate clients are curious too)
Hakokudo's Team Structure
・Director (Hachi)
・Planning/Design Team
・Strategy/Promotion Team
・AR Game/Engineering Team
・EC Operations/Analytics Team
・Manufacturing Team
・Logistics Team
・Contract/Legal Team
・Management/Finance/Accounting Team
We're a small team, but each section has at least two members, and we always have “specialists” involved. Of course, each team member usually handles multiple projects simultaneously, but Hachi makes a point of getting involved in every section.
Even for something as seemingly simple as “just one acrylic stand,” this level of effort is required.
This is clearly starting as an investment venture. (It's not something where you can recoup your investment immediately.)
There are three main reasons we've been able to get various teams and specialists involved:
① “They see potential in Falcom”
② “They feel Ys has weight and a future”
③ “The director can pour energy into it”
If even one of these were missing, it probably wouldn't work.
Support from External Parties
Furthermore, what I've been feeling lately is the “indirect support” from external parties.
・The passionate Ys fans
・The Ys artists
・Corporate account managers
※While some corporate interactions might be polite exchanges, many are genuine. Beyond mutual follows, some managers consistently like and share our content regularly. (They're probably die-hard Ys fans at heart.)
So today, I wanted to express my gratitude once more to all these wonderful people.
