まいど。八刻堂のハチでございます。突然ですがSNSって本当に恐ろしいですね。。。（何が？）いや、イースとかソーサリアンとか・・・日々さまざまな話題に触れているのですが「羽衣イース」とか「羽衣ソーサリアン」とか、もう知ってて当たり前（当然）みたいな気（by ドラゴンボール）をそこら中で感じてまして笑
たぶん、SNSで普段みかけるあの人もこの人も、界隈だと「全国区のオタク層」であることはほぼ確実・・・
地元のゲーム好き
自分で言うのもなんですが、八刻堂のハチも昔の地元地域じゃ、わりと「ゲーム好き」の方だったとは思う（88も98もNEOGEOもCDROM²もメガCDもあった）。
ところがどっこい、ネットの世界ではとんでもない猛者共（褒）が、そこら中に溢れかえっているではありませんか。
しかもその大半が「何らかの能力者」。普通に接していたら、ある日突然「謎の特技で覚醒」してくるではありませんか。

ちなみに羽衣イースはね、記憶にはあるんです。なんとなく。兄が買ってきていたコンプティークで確かにみたことあった。たしか読んでいたと思う。あの絵柄は一度みたら忘れられませんからね（夢にでてくるレベル）
ところが「羽衣ソーサリアン」は記憶になかったんですこれが。
調べたら連載はイースより前？っぽいじゃないですか。
タイミングが僅差だったから、もしかすると読んでいた可能性はゼロではないかもしれない。百歩譲って、その仮説が正しかったとしても、イースによって掻き消されてしまったに違いない。要するに「全く覚えていない」のじゃよ（なぜか王様）
暗黒の魔道士（ソーサリアン 3）
それにしても、羽衣先生もすごいですね。あの暗黒の魔道士の短いシナリオだけで、あれだけの妄想を繰り広げられるとは…
もちろん羽衣イースのスゴさもとんでもないけど、暗黒の魔道士のシナリオ分量で相対比較すると、別次元の話な気がする。。。
自分も二次創作小説を書いているのだけど、最近は仕事が忙しすぎて全く手につかず、、、そろそろレゲット（3/21土）が迫ってきているので、羽衣先生の爪の垢でも煎じて飲み、ここらでがんばらねば...^^;（気持ちだけ）

Hey there. Hachi from Hakokudo here. Out of the blue, but social media is really scary, huh... (What is?) Well, stuff like Ys or Sorcerian... I come across all sorts of topics daily, but I keep sensing this vibe everywhere that it's like knowing about “Hagoromo Ys” or “Hagoromo Sorcerian” is just a given (obviously) (by Dragon Ball).
Honestly, pretty much everyone I see on social media these days is almost certainly part of the “nationwide otaku crowd” within their circles...
Local Game Enthusiasts
I hate to toot my own horn, but back in my hometown, I think Hachi from Hakokudō was considered a pretty serious “game enthusiast” (we had the 88, the 98, the NEOGEO, the CD-ROM², the Mega CD).
But holy crap, the online world is overflowing with these insane powerhouses (compliment) everywhere you look.
And most of them are “some kind of power user.” If you interact with them normally, one day they suddenly “awaken mysterious special abilities,” right?

Hagoromo Sorcerian
By the way, I do remember Hagoromo Ys. Vaguely. I definitely saw it in the Comptiq my brother bought. I think I even read it. That art style is unforgettable once you see it (it haunts your dreams).
But “Hagoromo Sorcerian”? I had zero memory of it.
I looked it up, and it seems the serialization was before Ys?
The timing was so close, it's not entirely impossible I might have read it. Even if we concede that hypothesis is correct, it must have been completely overshadowed by Ys. In short, I remember absolutely nothing about it (for some reason, like a king).
Dark Mage (Sorcerian 3)
Still, Mr. Hagoromo is amazing. To be able to spin such wild fantasies based on just that short Dark Sorcerer scenario...
Of course, Hagoromo Ys is incredibly impressive too, but when you compare the sheer volume of the Dark Sorcerer scenario, it feels like a whole different dimension...
I write fanfiction novels myself, but lately work's been so busy I haven't touched it at all... With the deadline looming, I really need to buckle down and drink some of Hagoromo-sensei's nail dust to get motivated...^^; (Just the spirit, though)
