シンプルですが、こうしたケアを自分に課しつつ、年度末「第二の師走」をなんとか乗り切っていきたいと思います。

Well, this week I truly poured every last ounce of energy I had into everything. It was a constant cycle of meetings ⇒ production ⇒ emails ⇒ meetings ⇒ production ⇒ emails. Times like these are exactly when I need to make sure to prioritize:
“Meals”
‘Exercise’
“Sleep”
“Bath”
Simple as they are, I intend to impose this care on myself and somehow get through this year-end “second December rush.”
