アクリル形状のこだわり
さて、本日は今まであまり語ってこなかった「アクリル形状」に関するちょっとしたこだわりについて語ってみたいと思います。八刻堂のアクスタはただ単にドット絵を象っているわけではありません。きちんとキャラ分類を意識しながら形状にこだわりを持たせているんです。
男性・敵キャラ系
アドルや敵キャラなどは、基本的に「角ばった」形状に調整しています。もちろん、アドルの「剣」やオークロットの「右腕」など、明らかに角度が必要なものは斜めにしていますが、基本的な形状はダルク＝ファクトを含め「角」ばらせています。これにより、戦いを想起させるようなゴツゴツ感を演出しています。
女性キャラ系
一方、フィーナやレア、リリアといった女性キャラは、基本的に少し「斜め角度」を多用することで、柔らかな印象が持てるような形状に調整しています。アドルと並べた時、あるいは敵に囲まれた時、そうしたシーンも想定した上で、パッと見「女性らしい」柔らかな雰囲気が漂うように演出しています。
自然系
最後に、ロダの樹やエステリアの木についても少し触れてみたいと思います。自然系のアクスタはまだ2種類しかありませんが、木の形状は「丸み」を全体に帯びるような形で演出しています。どちらかというと「キャラの引き立て役」が本来の役割であると考え、ジオラマとして並べた時にも属性の違いが一目で伝わることを意識しました。
#最終的には「可愛さ」「カッコよさ」「全体のバランス」などを考慮しながら決定

Our Commitment to Acrylic Shapes
Today, I'd like to share a little about our commitment to “acrylic shapes” – something we haven't talked about much before. Hakokudou's acrylic stands aren't just simple representations of pixel art. We carefully consider character classification and put real thought into their shapes.
Male/Enemy Character Type
For characters like Adol and enemies, we generally adjust the shape to be “angular.” Of course, elements clearly requiring angles, like Adol's ‘sword’ or Oukurott's “right arm,” are slanted. But the basic shape, including Dark=Fact, is made “edgy.” This creates a rugged feel that evokes battle.
Female Characters
Conversely, female characters like Fina, Rea, and Lilia are generally shaped with more frequent use of slight “angled slopes” to convey a softer impression. When placed alongside Adol or surrounded by enemies, we envision such scenes and aim for an instantly recognizable “feminine” and gentle atmosphere to emanate from them.
Natural Elements
Finally, I'd like to briefly touch on Roda's Tree and Esteria's Tree. While there are only two natural-themed acrylic stands so far, the tree shapes are designed with an overall rounded appearance. Considering their primary role is to complement the characters, I focused on ensuring their distinct attributes are immediately recognizable when displayed together in a diorama.
#Final decisions balanced “cuteness,” “coolness,” and “overall harmony”
