まいど。八刻堂のハチでございます。ついに明け方です💦昨晩はブログ更新を諦め、明け方投稿に切り替えました。最近、押してダメな時は素直に引くことにしています。

第二領域（緊急ではないが、重要なこと）
さて、昨日も忙しさの極みでしたが、そんな中でも隙間時間で3/21のイベント出展「レゲット」の準備にも時間を費やしました。いわゆる第二領域（緊急ではないが、重要なこと）のタスクです。おそらく、2月中に準備を「はじめるか、はじめないか」で、掛かるコストも時間も、心の余裕も大きく変わってくるはず・・・。
パネル、ポスター、コレクションケースetc…
今回、八刻堂としての出展は初となります。また、同人サークルも同じ日に出展するため、準備に2倍の時間がかかります。出るからにはベストを尽くしたいので、あれやこれやと用意しました。特に販促物は、ギリギリのタイミングになると大変なので「まずは発注」だけしました。たとえば、
・パネル（ロゴ）
・ポスター大（展示用）
・ポスター小（ブース用）
・大型のテーブルクロス
・コレクションケース
その他、小物などです。
これらは後から準備すると「時間的に間に合わない」「イメージと違った」といった可能性があるため、早めに手を付けることにしました。
そのため、ブログ更新が明け方になってしまったわけですね^^;

Second Quadrant (Not urgent, but important)
Well, yesterday was insanely busy too, but even amidst that chaos, I squeezed in time to prepare for the “Regett” event on 3/21. It's what you'd call a Second Quadrant task (not urgent, but important). Because whether I “start or don't start” preparations within February will likely make a huge difference in the cost, time, and leeway involved.
Panels, posters, display cases, etc...
This marks Hakokudo's first time exhibiting. Since our doujin circle is also exhibiting on the same day, prep takes twice as long. Wanting to give it our best shot, we prepared all sorts of things. Especially promotional materials—waiting until the last minute makes things tough, so we just “placed the orders” first. For example:
・Panel (logo)
・Large poster (for display)
・Small poster (for the booth)
・Large tablecloth
・Display cases
Plus various small items.
Preparing these later risks “running out of time” or “not matching the vision,” so I decided to tackle them early.
That's why this blog update ended up being at dawn ^^;
