さて、今日のテーマですが、たまには八刻堂の商品ラインナップ、管理といった「仕事の裏側」の内容についてお届けいたします。
25種類の商品ラインナップ
現在、八刻堂のアクスタ／キーホルダーは全部で25種類あります。昨年の8月から毎月コンスタントに発表-販売を続けているので、それなりの種類になってきました。
そのうちARグッズはまだ1種類しか登場していませんが、水面下ではいろいろと準備中ですので、楽しみにお待ちください。
また、最近は、ラインナップの増え方も8種類-9種類と多くなり、シリーズもイースだけでなくソーサリアンにまで広がったため、事務管理などもそれなりに煩雑になってきています。
報告と発注処理
特に大変な作業は毎月発生する「報告」と「発注」処理です。固定経費などはルーチンワークなので、それほど問題は無いのですが、報告と発注は、毎月新商品が追加されると、それはそれは煩雑な処理になってきます。
自分は制作ディレクターとしてメインで活動しつつも、プロデューサー的な役割も担っており、数字の管理や推移、販売計画やイベント出展のための企画・準備なども行っています。
効率化やスムーズ化が楽しい
ただ、こうした作業はあまり「苦」ではありません。事務作業はあまり好きではないのですが「事務を効率化させる」ことに関しては、人一倍関心が高いと思っています。
睡眠だけはしっかり確保
20代の頃からワーカホリック的な側面があり、土日も休まずに働くスタイルが定着してしまっています。とはいえ、睡眠だけはしっかり確保したくなるタイプで、脳が疲れると強制的にシャットダウンしてしまうので、熱いお風呂に浸かってサッサと寝ることにしています。

Now, for today's topic, I thought I'd occasionally share some behind-the-scenes content about Hakokudo's product lineup and management.
25 Product Varieties
Currently, Hakokudo has a total of 25 types of acrylic stands and keychains. Since last August, we've been consistently releasing and selling new items every month, so we've built up a decent variety.
Among these, only one AR-compatible item has been released so far, but we're quietly preparing several more behind the scenes, so please look forward to them.
Recently, the pace of lineup expansion has also increased, with 8-9 new items added monthly. The series has expanded beyond Ys to include Sorsarian, making administrative tasks considerably more complex.
Reporting and Order Processing
The most demanding tasks are the monthly “reporting” and “order processing.” Fixed expenses are routine work, so they're manageable. However, reporting and ordering become incredibly complex each month as new products are added.
While primarily active as a production director, I also take on producer-like responsibilities, managing numbers and trends, handling sales planning, and planning/preparing for event exhibitions.
Streamlining and Efficiency Are Enjoyable
However, these tasks aren't particularly “burdensome.” While I'm not fond of administrative work, I take a keen interest in “streamlining administrative processes” more than most.
Ensuring Adequate Sleep
Since my twenties, I've had a workaholic streak, and working weekends without rest became my norm. That said, I'm the type who absolutely needs adequate sleep. My brain shuts down completely when fatigued, so I soak in a hot bath and head straight to bed.
#But that means I wake up early
